The space

This single story home has recently been fully renovated.  It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a very spacious kitchen and dining area with all the cooking amenities to cook your own meals. The house is fully furnished with high speed internet and security cameras/alarm for your peace of mind.

We are located inside Loop 1604,  5.5 miles from Lackland Air Force Base, and 4 miles from Medina Annex Air Force Base, and close to Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

We hope that our place will feel like home with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Outdoor security cameras are installed on the front yard, front entrance, and back yard for your personal security.  The home is for personal use only and parties and commercial uses (to include photography, videography, etc.) are prohibited.   Quiet Hours Mon-Fri 10pm-8am Weekends 11pm-11am

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.  NOTE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS:   Service animals are permitted but need to stay with their handler at all times.  Service animals should be well trained. They are not to be left alone in the house or on the property.  We ask that you please pickup after your pet and vacuum all pet hair.  Please make sure that service animals remain off of furniture.  House towels and blankets are for our human guests only.  

This is a non-smoking home.

We ask that you please leave the home as clean as possible.  Light cleaning is required before checkout.  For example, please take out all trash before check-out, and place it in the trash containers located in the backyard behind the storage room.  The blue trash bin is for recycling trash.  The brown trash bin is for regular trash.

While we love our guests and have yet to have an issue, any violation of the house rules such as noise after the quiet hours, smoking inside the home, large gatherings, tampering with the WiFi or any of the installed cameras or smoke detectors could lead to additional fees,  cancellation of your reservation, and/or immediate removal from the property.
